My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Bob over the course several years while we searched for a northern Minnesota cabin. We chose one of the most challenging times in vacation home real estate history to look for lake property, but being able to ask questions (so many questions), request showings and share ideas with Bob made the process more enjoyable than we could have hoped. His patience, positive attitude and valuable knowledge of lake property kept us in the search long enough to finally find a property that not only checked enough boxes, but was well below what we thought we would end up spending.
